Everyone should have easy access to organized information.

The databases will deliver accurate information that will help you become active and creative locators and users of information in order to solve problems, formulate ideas, and satisfy your own curiosities.

Your Library Can Help

Remember to work SMART!

  • Use to search the Destiny Library Catalog.

  • On Destiny, Use WebPath Express to search reliable web resources. (Click Matthew Henson, then WebPath Express on the left tab)

  • Use Destiny to locate nonfiction books that you can check out.

  • Use search terms like "narrative" to find primary sources.

  • Print reference materials are always available in the library.

  • Make use of the 'resource list' feature in Destiny.

  • Access the databases from school or home.

  • Write your citation down before beginning to take notes.

  • Ask your librarian for the username and password to the databases.
